STATEMENT
"What we remember from our experiences is not crisp and clear. Only certain elements are focused, some may be glamorized, and others are embellished like a good story. The intersecting of reality and fiction is reflected through my application of materials. My paintings are not created with the intention of realism but to connect on a level of familiarity and excitement."
